Your studio's portfolio and booking, under one roof.
Show every artist's work; let clients pick the artist they like and an available time. Bookings stop getting lost in DMs and land in one panel.
We build a sample of your site first — if you don’t like it, you owe us nothing.
Tattoo studios live on their portfolio online: someone likes the work, sends a message, arranges a time. But an Instagram DM is not a booking calendar — messages get lost, two clients get the same slot, no-shows pile up, and the phone won't stop while the artist is at the needle. gimmo gives your studio a site on your own domain: each artist with their gallery, style and available hours. Clients book the person whose work they love, at a time that works, by themselves — so you deal with your craft, not your inbox. And your work becomes searchable on Google and on-site, so new clients come from search, not only from your followers.
Per-artist portfolio & calendar
Each artist gets their own gallery, style, price/duration and working hours. Clients book by artist; availability is computed per person and double-booking is impossible.
Your work gets found on Google
Show before/after and healing stages; rank for searches like "how does a tattoo heal" or "does a first tattoo hurt" with care/FAQ pages. Content turns straight into bookings.
End of DM chaos
Confirmation on booking, automatic reminder beforehand. No-shows drop; you focus on the needle. (Deposit collection is on the roadmap.)
How it works
Live in three steps
-
01
Add your artists and styles
Add each artist with a photo, specialty style (minimal, realism, blackwork…) and working hours. Build the portfolio gallery from the work you upload.
-
02
Clients pick an artist and book
A visitor picks the artist whose work they like, sees available times and reserves one. They can add a note for size/idea; confirmation goes out automatically.
-
03
Reminders go out, work gets shown
An automatic reminder before the appointment reduces no-shows. When the work is done it's added to the before/after gallery as proof for new visitors.

What usually holds people back
What we say when we hear this
“I already get work through Instagram — why would I need a site?”
The site sits behind Instagram, not instead of it. Instagram shows you to people who already follow you; it does not reach someone searching for a tattoo studio who has never heard of you. And if the account is lost or locked, your portfolio goes with it — a gallery on your own domain stays yours.
“I cannot quote prices; every tattoo is different.”
You do not have to. Price display is switched on or off per service; with it off, the visitor sends a consultation request instead of booking a figure. For work where size, placement and design have to be discussed first, that is the honest flow anyway.
“My artists arrange their own clients.”
They keep doing exactly that. Each artist runs their own calendar, working hours and days off; the studio does not force everyone into one shared diary. The client picks the artist whose work they like and sees only that person's open hours.

Yes. The client first picks the artist whose work they like, then an available time. You can also offer a "no preference" option that routes to the first available artist.
You build the gallery by uploading your photos, shown as before/after comparisons. Embedding Instagram posts on the page is also possible.
Today the system handles booking + confirmation + reminders, which clearly reduces no-shows. Online deposit collection is on the roadmap and will plug into the existing booking flow.
Yes. Each procedure is defined as its own service (different duration/price); availability and the calendar work accordingly, and procedures can be tied to different artists.
You can add the needed details to the booking note and client book, and publish your consent/information texts on the site. You manage your compliance process by your own rules.
