That’s fine. Your site goes live on our platform address from day one (for example yourbusiness.gimmo.app). When you get your own domain we connect it; your site and bookings stay exactly as they are.
Once we have your details and photos we usually show the mock-up the same day. After your approval, going live takes a few hours; domain changes can take a little longer depending on your provider.
Yes. Businesses with a Google listing can take a free trial, once per business. We never ask for card details and no payment starts automatically when it ends; at the end the paid capabilities close while your site and your records stay in place. The clock starts when your application is approved. Our free trial guide has the details.
The one-off setup fee covers your domain, server, security certificate and bespoke design for the first year; there is nothing else to pay. From the second year onwards you pay an annual renewal covering your domain, server, security certificate, ongoing maintenance, updates and support. We tell you that figure on day one.
No. Your website and booking system are part of the setup fee and keep working without any monthly payment. Modules with an ongoing cost — SMS reminders, ads management, AI booking — are only charged monthly if you want them, and you can switch them off at any time.
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. If you leave, we export your client and appointment data and hand it over to you.
You do. We only store it on your behalf. Publishing client photos runs through a proper consent flow: the client receives a consent link, and if they decline, the photo is never published anywhere.
Your site and panel are built to work perfectly on a phone, so nothing needs installing. If you want a separate app under your own brand, that is something we discuss on its own.
